Join us for Meditation Monday with Jean Marie. Begin the Holiday Season with tranquility, harmony and serenity. Jean Marie will take us through a sound meditation journey, along with silence. Preposed questions will be answered at the end.
IN ADDITION, join us for one Half-hour of gentle Yoga before meditation if you choose. Yoga begins promptly at 5:50 and ends 6:20.-Please bring a mat.
$25 for meditation, $10 for Yoga

Rutherfurd Hall is a cultural center and a museum owned and managed by the Allamuchy Township Board of Education. Rutherfurd Hall provides educational and enrichment opportunities for the residents of Allamuchy and the surrounding communities.
