Hosted by Panther Valley Recreation & Rutherfurd Hall
Jenny Boeckel, from Rose & Fig, will guide you through assembling your very own charcuterie board. You will learn how to build an aesthetic presentation through the selection of a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts. and other accompaniments. Learn how to make a salami rose, salami river, cutting & styling techniques for your cheeses, and how to present fruits and accompaniments with style.
Rose & Fig will provide:
10” bamboo board
2 different meats
3 different cheeses to cut & assemble
Accompaniments including grapes, dried fruits, crackers, and board décor Knife & cutting board (to use during the workshop- not take home) Packaging to wrap up & take your board home!
